Executive BoardKRISTEN FROHNHOEFERPresident Kristen serves as President of the Sea Tow Foundation Board of Directors, serves on the Executive Committee of the Sea Tow Foundation Advisory Council, as well as President of Sea Tow Services International. Kristen is responsible for overseeing all internal operations, including the company’s membership and sales programs, marketing, communications, the Customer Care Center and technology efforts. Prior to joining Sea Tow full-time, Kristen spent a decade in the classroom in Maryland teaching French and Spanish. PATRIZIA ZANABONITreasurer Patrizia has worked for Sea Tow for over 20 years in the accounting department and has served as Controller since 2019. She was born and raised in Italy, and received her BS in Accounting from the University of Utah and MS in Taxation from the University of Memphis. She moved to Southold, NY in 2003. In her spare time, Patrizia enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her family. Robert CangemiMember Bob is a Managing Director in the Risk Management organization within Citibank and holds a Ph.D. with
David ConnOllyMember David recently retired from Thomas H. Connolly & Sons where he'd worked since 1979 in multiple roles including as a business and territory manager, ending his career there as a Partner. David is a volunteer at Oasis New Jersey, a safe haven for women and children, and he also volunteers at St. Joseph Regional High School where he attended. He is also heavily engaged with the Manhattan Cup which is an annual event that takes veterans fishing and boating. In his spare time, he enjoys triathlon training, hiking, and driving his 1971 Malibu Convertible. Joseph FrohnhoeferMember Capt. Joseph Frohnhoefer III practically grew up on a boat. His role as Chief Executive Officer of Sea Tow Services International is expansive. He is responsible for overseeing all external operations including legal, franchise development, operations and compliance. He maintains key relationships across the marine industry and still finds time to get out on the water as much as possible with his family.
Kerry KlineMember Kerry is the franchise owner and oversees the sales and marketing for Sea Tow Central Florida Lakes. The franchise covers 6 counties and over 8,000 square miles. Prior to this, he worked for an executive search firm in the insurance and healthcare industry. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving. Ryan SaporitoMember Ryan serves as the General Manager of Sea Tow Crystal Coast and Sea Tow Wrightsville Beach. Both Leslie ZlotnickMember Leslie is the Marketing Division Manager for the Yamaha WaterCraft Group, a division of Yamaha Marine. She supports a solid team of marketers skilled at building a brand and promoting premium WaveRunners and Boats - all while adhering to best practices of boating safety. In her spare time, Leslie focuses on her family and reminds herself regularly that sometimes there's nothing wrong with doing nothing.
Foundation StaffGail KulpExecutive Director Gail has served as the Executive Director for the non-profit Sea Tow Foundation from 2010 to 2015 and returned in January of 2018 where she has continued to work in the same position. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Sea Tow Foundation Advisory Council. Her past professional experience includes working for a local YMCA, a Greenways and Trails Organization and NASBLA where she focused on boating education and water safety alongside other tasks. As a teenager, Gail was a lifeguard and a canoe instructor and also spent time on her uncle’s sailboat, so boating and water safety have been important from a young age. When she isn’t traveling to Boat Shows and Conferences to discuss boating safety, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking, baking, reading, and photography. Kim PerryProgram Coordinator Kim came aboard in 2021 as the Program Coordinator to manage the boating safety programs that the Sea Tow Foundation established. With her background as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator she brings a variety of skills, including business administration, to keep the programs running smoothly. She manages social media including content creation, organizing and archiving program data, and website and blog content management. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Sea Tow Foundation Advisory Council. Kim enjoys boating with her family on the east end of Long Island as well on lakes in New Hampshire, which helps provide insight into the mission of the Foundation.
