Current members of the Boating Safety Advisory Council

The Sea Tow Foundation Boating Safety Advisory Council provides highly valued insight and recommendations regarding a variety of boating safety initiatives.

• Council members represent a broad-based perspective from the boating industry as trade associations, government agencies, manufacturing, media, service industry, and retail. 

• Council members are decision makers and influencers in the boating industry who can help promote boating safety.

• Council members serve for two-year terms and may serve two consecutive terms.

• Council members attend quarterly virtual meetings and may opt to travel to the presentation of the National Boating Safety Awards held in conjunction with a major industry event

• Council members review applications for and decide on the winners for the National Boating Safety Awards.
