Fill out the quantities for each size of life jackets that you are donating as well as the total amount. The labels on the life jackets should indicate the sizes, but the following information may help you: Infant life jackets are typically rated to go up to 30 lbs. Child life jackets are typically rated from 30-50 lbs. Youth life jackets are typically rated from 50-90 lbs. Adult or Universal life jackets are typically rated for anyone over 90 lbs.
