one-year life jacket Loaner program report for 2024 gRANTEESLink was sent in mid July via email to the Primary Contact of your life jacket loaner program. 2024 life jacket and/or loaner stand grant awardee groups are required to submit a One-Year Program Report to complete their required grant reporting. The report needs to be submitted by August 15, 2025. ONE-YEAR PROGRAM REPORT This report is designed to gather data from each life jacket loaner program group, one year after receiving the 2024 Sea Tow FoundationTM grant-funded life jackets and/or loaner stand kit. Only one report needs to be submitted even if you have multiple loaner station locations in your program. You will be asked for usage information for the life jackets, a final inventory of Sea Tow Foundation grant-funded life jackets as well as life jackets received from other sources that you have in your loaner program, along with other general program questions. We will ask questions about drowning statistics in your state for 2023 compared to 2024. We will also ask if you are aware of any drownings that took place on the bodies of water where your life jacket loaner station(s) are located.
