The Sea Tow Foundation is establishing a national database of life jacket loaner station locations in the U.S. You can read more about this project here.

As part of this project, the Sea Tow Foundation wants to add all of the life jacket loaner station locations in the U.S. to the online map so that boaters can easily find a life jacket loaner station near them to stay safe on or in the water.

If you want to submit a life jacket loaner station to be included on the map, please complete the form below. You can only enter one station location at a time using the form. Use the Loaner Station Locations Form if you have more than 1 and up to 10 locations to add.
